Fifth x Northwest Apartments is an exciting project is slated to break ground in 3Q23 in Columbus' Fifth by Northwest Area. The project will include ground level retail, 164 affordable and market rate apartments, and structured parking to support the uses.

Amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, club room, podium level pool deck, and sky lounge with views of the Columbus skyline. Several complementary dining and retail options are expected to occupy the retail portion to make this one of the most favored communities in Columbus.  The project faced several challenges due to the tight site, parking requirements, height restrictions, an affordable housing mandate, high construction costs, and a challenging approval process.

 

Effler is working closely with numerous stakeholders to make this exciting project become a reality. The project is under construction and is on path to be completed in spring 2025.
